Meet & Greet
- First time boarding? Make an appointment to have your dog visit us for the day anytime before his first stay. This gives your pet a chance to meet us, check out his room and enjoy a complimentary organic treat!
Rates are $5 additional during peak seasons.

Here at Barrington Pet Resort we want your pet’s stay to feel more like a home away from home. Below are some additional services we offer to make your furry friend feel more like a VIP member (Very Important Pet) during their stay with us.

Group Playtime
- 20 minutes of play time in 1/2 acre well cared for and very secure outdoor area.
Private Playtime
- 20 minutes of private 1-on-1 play time with a designated staff member in our very secure outdoor play yard.
Raised Bed
- Rent a 3-inch raised Kuranda brand bed with blanket for your furry friend. Price is per day.
Night Time Snack
- Grain-free healthy bed time biscuit, hand delivered with an extra belly rub for sweeter dreams.
Cat Play Time
- 20 minutes of play time with a pet care professional staff member.
Tuna Time Snack
- A fresh can of tuna hand delivered to your kitty with an extra scratch behind the ears.

NEW SERVICES
Along with launching new software for 2019 to make our services more accessible to you, we are now offering the below training and other new services to make it more convenient and enjoyable for your pet’s stay with us here at Barrington Pet Resort.
Doggy Day School
- Dog Tutoring sessions at Barrington Pet Resort while you are at work or out for the day. It’s not just Day Care, It’s Day School! Your dog will learn proper behaviors while they play.
- Packages can be purchased online in your profile or at Barrington Pet resort
- Packages expire after 30 days
- 20 days $600
- 12 days $432
Obedience Classes
- Group classes where we teach you how to train your dog new behaviors and help with problem behaviors.
- All of our classes use positive reinforcement. Our training is gentle and fun for you and your pet!
Class Starts
Monday April 15th- Puppy Kindergarten: 6:45 pm
- Beginner Obedience: 8:00 pm
Day Boarding
- At work? Let your dog come play with us!

Board & Train
- Our Board and Train program runs on weekdays, and the fee is $150 per day. You can customize your pet’s board and train program based on your travel plans. Your pet is welcome to stay in our resort over the weekend at our regular boarding rate of $35 per day (or $40 per day during peak times).
- If you can’t sleep without your furry friend, you are welcome to pick up your pup each day and drop them back off each weekday morning before
11am for an additional $10 fee.
Bed & Biscuit
- Is your pup too fancy to stay at our resort with the other dogs? We now offer Bed and Biscuit where your pup stays in the owners’ home at Barrington Pet Resort with our family. Your pup can enjoy snuggling on the couch with our family or playing fetch in the yard with our two children. Each Bed and Biscuit stay includes group play time, and all pets are
crated for their safety along with our personal dogs at night when we are asleep. All Bed and Biscuit guests must be housebrokenand friendly with other dogs and children. - a 50% additional surcharge rate will be applied on holidays. Space is limited.
H.O.M.E. Academy
- Do you have a posh pup who needs the comforts of home during their training? HOME Academy (House of Manners Education) is for you! Your pup gets to stay in our home at Barrington Pet Resort with the owners of the resort and enjoy group
play time each day of their stay. - Your pup is welcome to stay over the weekend at our regular Bed and Biscuit rate of $80 per day.
- We also offer daily pick up during office hours for a $10 fee for those of you who can’t sleep without your furry friend beside you. Just make sure you get your pup back to the resort by
11am , so they don’t miss their training sessions!
Private Training
- Customized training sessions in your home to teach you how to train your dog.
Pet First Aid Training
- Tailchasers Pet Care is proud to offer Pet Tech’s pet first aid and care classes for pet owners and pet care professionals.
Pet Taxi
- Not able to get your furry friend to us? No problem. We will come to you.
- $35 plus $1.60 per mile over 5 miles.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 1PM
Dogs checking out after 1:00 pm, but before closing will be charged the boarding day rate of $22.00
Cats checking out after 1:00 pm, but before closing will be charged the boarding day rate of $10.00
GROOMING
Grooming prices will vary depending on size and breed of dog and how much coat needs to be maintained.
